We can develop bespoke process with detailed operating instructions for you staff which are accepted by your auditors.  We will train your staff and be present at the first stocktake to ensure systems and procedures are implemented and adhered to.

Year end & cycle counting stock-take procedures

ISL can provide a count manager to oversee your internal stocktake, working with previously developed and agreed procedures.  The count manager will assume responsibility for the accuracy and efficiency of the stocktake.
